Great news for Christmas 2020: we have won a 1-year funded extension of the First Team project! We’ll be working on proof-of-concept applications of quantum photonic interfaces with our new commercial research partner. https://bit.ly/37K5jxB
Congratulations to Filip Sośnicki for winning a Preludium grant by the National Science Centre! Filip will realize and characterize high resolution measurements of the time of arrival of single photons using time lenses. More details are available here and here.
The NLPQT infrastructural project is finally kicking off. NLPQT involves 7 Polish research institutes and more than 30 MEuro equipment funding from which 0.7 MEuro will go towars our lab. We will establish experimental testbeds for quantum communication and quantum networks. With our partners from the Poznan Supercomupting and Networking …
QuICHE – Quantum Information with High-dimensional Encoding, a joint project with our partners from Duesseldorf, Lille, London, Paderborn and Pavia, has been selected for funding in the latest QuantERA call. We’re looking forward to joint work with our European partners!
We are starting a new research project funded by the First Team program of the Foundation for Polish Science: “Phase-only shaping of quantum light pulses for applications in quantum technologies”. The goal of the project is to develop low-loss low-noise tools for modifying flying single-photon pulses for application in quantum …
